Grégory Mirer

Grégory Mirer is a Michelin-starred chef. He made his professional career in starred restaurants, notably with Joël Robuchon and Mauro Colagreco.

Grégory MIRER is passionate. He practices a cuisine “by instinct”. His kitchen has aim to work as little as possible on the base product – respecting the cooking times – and to play on the seasoning, the accompaniment.

His experience

The star chef Gregory Mirer graduated from the famous culinary school Ferrandi in Paris. He trained for more than 10 years with great chefs such as Joel Robuchon and Mauro Colagreco. He practices gourmet cuisine, from Paris to Monaco, in establishments with two or even three stars.

In 2014, he will take the position of chef for 7 years at the Hôtel des Bories in Gordes. This 5-star hotel will be awarded a star in the Michelin guide.

Chef Gregory Mirer's cuisine is an inventive Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian accent. In addition, he respects the seasons and the producers around him.

The chef knows how to adapt to any type of cuisine: Gastronomic, Bistronomic or family.
